About this service
We rent and set up tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, glassware, tents, dance floors, lighting and staging, with a floor plan drawn to the venue's real dimensions.
That floor plan prevents the most common mistake: planning tables for a hundred and twenty guests in a room where, once you add a dance floor and a bar, only ninety fit. We check it before you finalize the guest list.
For outdoor events, we plan for wind, uneven ground and the chance of a summer thunderstorm, which always seems unlikely until it rolls in.
