The prettiest place for a wedding is usually the one with no kitchen, not enough power and nowhere to wash a plate.
Farms, barns, gardens and places with no kitchen.
Back to eventsThese are the hardest events to run, and the ones that fail most often when the caterer never visited the site. A beautiful farm can have no power for the equipment, no water nearby and no road a truck can get down.
We visit the venue before we quote and make a concrete list: what we need to bring, what we need to build and what can't be done there. A field kitchen, a generator, water, lighting and restrooms go into the budget if they're needed, not as a surprise.
Outdoors, we always plan for rain and wind. A tent that lifts in the afternoon breeze ruins the event and is a real danger to guests.
Each one is handled by a specific service, quoted before you confirm.
