Farm wedding with no kitchen and no power

What we did
A site visit that found too little power and no water nearby, a field kitchen with its own generator, a rain plan with a side tent ready to go, and full service with breakdown the same night.

What we did
Four parallel stations to avoid lines, staff sized to serve and clear within the break, a menu designed to eat standing up without utensils and attendees' dietary restrictions collected ahead of time.

What we did
A check of the kitchen, power and access ahead of time, a support kitchen in the backyard so the family's kitchen stayed free, a table layout adjusted to the real space after the floor plan, and full cleanup the same night.
