About this service
One of our coordinators takes the full timeline for the day and runs it: meets the vendors, keeps every block on schedule and handles surprises without checking in on every detail.
It's booked separately and works even when the catering comes from someone else. What we do is keep things in order: who arrives when, who sets up first, when the food goes out and how the night wraps up.
The day before, we confirm arrival times with every vendor. That alone prevents half the problems that come up at an event.
